1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and zx999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates as an internationally licensed online betting and casino service accessible to eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

By completing the registration process, accessing the zx999 platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the zx999 service.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the zx999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Platform and the Player. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on zx999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is not subject to exception.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are not acting as an agent or nominee on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of zx999 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously had an account on zx999 that was suspended, closed for cause, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not self-excluded from gambling platforms under a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order.

zx999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending resolution.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

Each individual may hold one (1) account on zx999. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment instrument — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, zx999 will close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets, and may permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

Before processing any withdrawal request, zx999 will require identity verification. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or photo of bKash / Nagad / Rocket account registered in your name)
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document

zx999 processes KYC documentation within three (3) business days of submission. Incomplete or unreadable submissions will be returned with a request for resubmission. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of KYC.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. zx999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

zx999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your zx999 wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile money and ৳500 via card or bank transfer. There is no platform-side deposit fee; your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Card and bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment instrument not belonging to the account holder will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

Standard withdrawal processing time is within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts. zx999 reserves the right to extend this period up to five (5) business days where additional verification is required or where unusual account activity has been identified. Withdrawal requests submitted during national public holidays in Bangladesh may experience additional delays.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

zx999 operates in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All wallet balances, bonus amounts, bet stakes, and winnings are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied by the Platform. If you fund your account using a payment instrument denominated in a currency other than BDT, any conversion will be applied by your card issuer or payment provider at their prevailing rate.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

zx999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as the BPL, the IPL, and ICC events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed account registration and meet the eligibility criteria stated in the promotion.
• Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account wallet. Bonus funds are not withdrawable; only winnings generated from the completion of wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bonus funds that remain incomplete at expiry will be forfeited without notice.
• zx999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to a player's account will not be affected by prospective changes.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering completion process.

Players who are identified as engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets to manufacture turnover, or exploiting errors in promotional mechanics — will have their bonuses voided and may face permanent account suspension.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on zx999 are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and market. The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the Platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player once the confirmation message has been displayed, except where a bet is voided by zx999 under the provisions of this section.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• zx999 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on events where the Platform determines that the integrity of the event is in question.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. zx999 does not guarantee the availability of in-play betting on any specific event or market.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or materially altered after betting has opened, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published on the Platform. In the absence of a specific rule, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the bet is accepted and settled.
• zx999 will make reasonable efforts to ensure odds accuracy but does not warrant that all published odds are free from error. In cases of manifest error, zx999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.

Cricket betting on the Platform covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures featuring the Bangladesh national team, among other competitions. 7 Casino Games

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the account lifecycle
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate winnings — any winnings derived from known errors must be reported and will be voided
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any proceeds of fraud
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after placing bets — any such action will result in the immediate suspension of the account and recovery of the reversed amount from any remaining balance
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward zx999 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to access any area of the Platform's backend systems, APIs, or databases without authorisation

zx999 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited conduct is identified, relevant information may be shared with the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the zx999 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, data, game assets, and the zx999 brand identity — is the exclusive property of zx999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, scrape, or otherwise exploit any content from the zx999 Platform without prior written consent from zx999. Unauthorised commercial use of any zx999 brand asset or game content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zx999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.

zx999's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zx999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect service availability, and zx999 will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.

12 Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

12.1 Amendments

zx999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.

12.2 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

zx999 may terminate any account at its discretion, with or without notice, in cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirement. In such cases, zx999 will communicate the reason for termination and the process for recovering any eligible balance.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zx999 holds its international offshore gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the zx999 internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
